Content Writer Intern

Job Description:

Content Writer Intern who has demonstrated writing experience, professional and/or academic, to build the SEO vertical and deliver best in class account management solutions with the best possible experience in the industry.

Responsibilities:

• Implement various elements of a client's content marketing strategy as instructed by Project Managers
• Optimize current copy on a client's website (page titles, meta descriptions, h1s, alts, anchor text, etc.)
• Write new SEO-friendly copy for pages on a client's website
• Be involved in blog writing and posting
• Be responsible for Press release writing (as well as other forms of PR--media pitches, articles, etc.), Infographic creation and promotion, Slideshare creation, Video Transcriptions
• Research trending topics within a variety of industries

Qualifications:

You'd fit right in if you:

• Experience writing for a web-based audience as well as basic knowledge of search engine optimisation best practices and how they apply to content marketing
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Flexibility to evolve strategies quickly & effectively
• Experience in Wordpress and Blogger (preferred)
• English honors and have passed from English convent school.
